Job Description:
You will be responsible for RF engineering oversight and project
management of DAS deployments throughout the southern USA region.
Your team will include several subordinate RF engineers
Generate and review design documentation in accordance with the
Engineering Design Process (EDP);
Manage your projects to completion at or below budget.
Task Summary:
With good engineering management, generate project proposals that
include site surveys; generating designs using available tools (link budgets,
RF propagation programs); writing technical proposal documents; generating
supporting documentation for project installation and implementation.
Assist Sales Department in customer meetings and presentations,
understanding and communicating customer needs and proposing solutions.
Manage projects from the engineering aspect and with budget constraints
Provide technical/functional guidance as necessary to RF and Applications
Engineering staff.
Provide marketing support, writing application notes and writing white
papers
Contribute to your group's growth by providing constructive feedback
regarding existing processes, procedures, and design/management tools
Requisites:
BSEE or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of five years professional experience in RF and/or DAS design
Definitive experience with RF network engineering and project
management
PMI certification a plus
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to foster positive relations and interact effectively
Willingness to travel within the region
Remuneration:
Up to $105K base
salary plus performance bonus
